Cartref Bach

Built in 1820 decorated with style this Chapel cottage sits in the old part of
Llanrhystud village. Opposite the Parish church and green fields but also close
to pub , restaurants , village shop and public transport. The beach is a short
walk away down the lane and from there the Heritage coastal path.
Great for swimming walking , cycling, golf with many outdoor and
indoor activities in the area.
Spacious well fitted kitchen to cook
great food. Private, pretty garden for barbeques , cosy large lounge ideal for
winter and summer breaks.
Accommodation Details
Cartref bach has been completely
refurbished to a comfortable stylish modern design. The cottage has a large cosy
sitting room with exposed stone walls and elegant lighting. The furniture is a
lovely mix of modern and some older pieces. The house is beautifully warm for
those winter breaks with full oil fired central heating and for that extra cosy
feel a woodburner.
Upstairs two large bedrooms with fitted
carpets, kingsized beds, quilts and crisp white linen for that bit of luxury.
Each bedroom has ensuite facilities one shower room with toilet and the other
bath shower and toilet, big fluffy
towels provided.
The big kitchen is attractively laid out
with the refectory table which easily seats six and good lighting complements
the ambiance. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare some of the local
fresh produce available in the region. There is an electric hob and oven plus
microwave, toaster, coffee machine and food mixers.
We have a baby cot and high chair also available.
Downstairs is a toilet and a utility
room with washing and drying facilities.
Within a short walk there is a village
shop pub and golf and leisure club both which serve food. Permits to play golf
are available to purchase and special weekly tickets for the pool and leisure
centre can also be purchased by arrangement (n.b. pool not available in summer
school holidays).
